If you are under 15, you are not authorized to use our services without the prior and explicit consent of one of your parents, which must be sent in writing to contact@mb-therapeutics.com. If you believe we might hold information concerning one of your children under the age of 15 without consent, you can request that we delete it by contacting service contact@mb-therapeutics.com.
The policy only applies to processing that we perform ourselves and not to processing that may be carried out using our service features by pharmacists and delivery drivers. If you wish to obtain information about data processed by pharmacists and delivery drivers using these features, we invite you to contact them directly.
What rights do you have to control the use of your data?
The applicable data protection regulations grant you specific rights that you can exercise, at any time and free of charge, in order to control how we use your data.
Right of access and copy of your personal data, provided that this request does not conflict with business secrecy, confidentiality, or friendship/correspondence secrecy.
Right to rectify personal data that is incorrect, obsolete, or incomplete.
Right to request the deletion ("right to be forgotten") of your personal data that is not essential for the proper functioning of our services.
Right to restrict your personal data, which allows you to "freeze" the use of your data in the event of a dispute over the legitimacy of a processing operation.

Right to give directives on the fate of your data in the event of death, either directly by you, through a trusted third party, or through a successor.
For a request to be taken into account, it must imperatively be made directly by you at the address contact@mb-therapeutics.com. Any request not made in this manner cannot be processed.
