Where can the printer be installed and used?

The solution is designed for compounding pharmacies and hospital pharmacies. Its technology is compatible with a decentralized model, meaning production can be distributed across multiple sites while maintaining consistent, industrial-grade quality. It easily integrates into a pharmacy's workflow without requiring a heavy production infrastructure.

How are quality and traceability guaranteed?

Automated production reduces human handling and therefore sources of error. The process relies on identified cartridges, in-process controls, and recording of production parameters, in accordance with preparation documentation requirements. This ensures full traceability, from the cartridge to the dispensed medicine.

How long does it take to get started with the solution?

The solution was designed to be simple to use: the workflow boils down to three steps (connecting the cartridge, selecting the dosage and quantity, dispensing). Onboarding is quick, and support for installation and team training is provided.

Should the prints be dried in an oven after printing?

The MED-U Prod integrates a drying cycle: no external step is mandatory, and the prints come out ready to be packaged. If you wish, you can nevertheless use an oven in parallel, for example to adjust the drying to your practices, but this remains optional.

Packaging is left to the user's discretion. Each pharmacist organizes the preparation of pill dispensers according to their usual practices, allowing the solution to be integrated without modifying the procedures already in place in the facility.
