MB Therapeutics: CSR at the heart of innovation with Med-Transitions

Manon Perez, Managing Director and Quality Director of MB Therapeutics, completes her Med-Transitions journey. This strategic program, led by the Agence des transitions and MedVallée, supports VSEs/SMEs towards more sustainable models.
Structuring to innovate better
The Med-Transitions program is designed to help companies stop separating performance and responsibility. The challenge is simple: integrate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) into every strategic decision.
This program offers structured support that allows companies to accurately assess their carbon footprint and the societal utility of their activities, while identifying concrete solutions to optimize resource management. By activating levers such as responsible governance, decarbonization, or local anchoring, the program helps build a more resilient model.
The challenge is to integrate CSR no longer as a constraint, but as a strategic management method capable of meeting the new regulatory and environmental requirements of the health sector for MB Therapeutics.
3D printing of medicines: a lever for sustainable health
The Med-Transitions program helped confirm the natural alignment between MB Therapeutics' technology and the challenges of the ecological transition:
Fight against waste: Unlike mass production, 3D printing makes it possible to manufacture medicines at the exact dose, thereby eliminating surpluses and waste of active ingredients.
Local and agile production: By allowing manufacturing directly within pharmacies, 3D printing reduces logistical flows.
Social and ethical impact: Precision medicine addresses a major public health issue: providing galenic forms adapted to the specific needs of everyone (pediatrics, geriatrics).
A reinforced ambition for the future
For our Managing Director, this experience helps consolidate MB Therapeutics' roadmap:
With Med-Transitions, we found how to align our technical tools with our social responsibilities. This journey was a real accelerator for integrating CSR into our daily life and our decisions.

A coherent commitment: from the laboratory to the offices
For MB Therapeutics, the transition is a daily practice reflected right down to our premises. In an approach of sobriety and circular economy, we chose to furnish our workspaces using 100% second-hand items. Rather than buying new, we prioritized reuse for all of our furniture. Find out more
